Branch Clerk in Illinois

Position Summary:  The Branch Clerk will perform routine clerical duties to support the branch and organization.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phone with speed, efficiency, courtesy and friendliness, routing calls to appropriate Branch Personnel and taking messages as needed.
• Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
• Sorts incoming mail and distributes to appropriate individuals; processes outgoing mail.
• Prepare and Balance Daily Cash Reports and Deposits
• Maintains files and filing systems in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain and order Branch Office Supplies
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
