Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Technical Product Specialist in Muskego, Wisconsin.
Primary Duties:
- Assist customers in resolving product issues such as installations, code compliance, and product applications.
- Assist in product testing and performance criteria
- Provide building and code compliance expertise based on product lines for both domestic and international markets
- Specification writing and development
- Assist in product and technical training for employees, distributors, and customers
- Provide technical support for Sales and Customer Service
- Complete required LEED forms for internal/external purposes as a backup role.
- Work closely with Interior Design Services and Product Management to develop interior building environments that showcase our products.
