CAD Operator Drafter USCG Miami

Duties/Responsibilities to Be Performed:

 Prepare complete sets of complex drawings which include multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings.

 Creation and manipulation of Library Cards for projects using Coast Guard. Technical Information Management System (CG-TIMS).

 Create and convert drawings in state plane or coordinate systems.

 Convert PDF files into AutoCAD files.

 Prepare letters and various types of correspondence (Microsoft Applications).

 Perform data entry (Maximo).

 Draw/Copy/Scan/Print drawings (AutoCAD).  Performs data entry, maintenance, and queries in the various Coast Guard systems. and conduct simple analysis of information through various reports.

 Prepare and update spreadsheets (Microsoft Applications).

 Create and update presentations (Microsoft Applications).
