The Talent Compliance Specialist ensures that our company's interpreter compliance program adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves managing aspects related to independent contractor classification, 1099 reporting, data privacy, and ethical conduct. The coordinator plays a vital role in mitigating risks, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of compliance within our organization.

You will oversee compliance operations by managing the onboarding process for new interpreters, including credential verification and background checks. You’ll ensure accurate and timely processing of 1099 forms and maintain meticulous records of interpreter qualifications, contracts, and payments.
