About the Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assignments of guest room attendants, heavy porters and specialty crews and will assist the Housekeeping Managers in the daily operation of the department.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitors cleanliness and maintenance standards of all associate and public areas in the Hotel tower including but not limited to, guestrooms, storage areas, linen closets, public and service elevators/landings and corridors
• Monitors guest room attendants in the proper placement of guest amenities in rooms
• Performs functions related to hiring and staffing of Housekeeping Department
