A Boiler Installer specializes in the installation and maintenance of heating appliances. Boiler Installers follow instructions and blueprints to maintain and install gas, electric, solid-fuel, oil, and multiple fuel heating systems.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Requirements

• Design and layout of installation projects
• Identifying and correcting technical problems
• Performing installations in the areas of plumbing, heating and hydronics as directed by your supervisor
• Working with supervisor to ensure that all work is done in a timely manner, completely, according to code and to the customer’s satisfaction, doing miscellaneous tasks such as cleanup of jobsite, writing up order forms for parts, etc.,’
• Selling of additional system components and the application of Change Orders
• Abide by and take an active part in the Blue-Sky Safety Program and other duties as assigned.
