PRN Licensed IOP Therapist

The licensed IOP therapist provides counsel and support to patients with substance abuse disorder to help overcome alcohol, substance, drug, and behavioral addictions. Duties include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. Educates family members and support system on substance abuse disorder. Facilitates groups three times a week.

Essential Duties:

·         Provides group, individual, and individual, as scheduled and/or assigned, and ensures the proper documentation of these interventions.
