Review bid documents to understand the project and develop meaningful preconstruction RFI’s.
Prepare bid deliverables, including detailed quantity take-off, clarifications/exclusions and variance reports of assigned trades of work.
Provide in-depth knowledge of your assigned trades of work in order to walk trade partners through scope and ensure accurate proposals.
