System Safety Engineer

Auria is looking to hire a System Safety Engineer 3 to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location is in Colorado Springs, CO.

C2BMC is the connective tissue that links various systems and sensors to provide a comprehensive picture and enable strategic decisions in defense scenarios. Our teams are actively seeking a Systems Safety Engineer to contribute to the safety assurance of our critical defense systems.

Essential Functions:

• Engineering and Developing program safety plans to apply safety policies and guidance effectively within the engineering team.

Auria is looking to hire a Systems Safety Engineer (Global Systems) to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The primary work location can be in either Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL.

The successful candidate will be part of an integrated team tasked with defining the physical, functional, and technical architecture necessary to describe the desired capabilities of an evolving BMDS Battle Management, Command and Control, and Communications effort.  The team will also communicate the desired capabilities to a diverse group of developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and users.
