Candidates must be able to handle residential work as well as multiple facets of complex commercial deals. Must have the ability to clear title, read title, work policies, provide excellent client service, as well as develop relationships with clients, lenders, surveyors etc…

Qualifications:

• 5 Years or more related experience (recent) as a Title Officer, Underwriter or Underwriting Counsel.
