Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed in California
We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality mental health care. This role offers the chance to work with clients from all walks of life and collaborate with a supportive team. Use your skills to make a meaningful difference.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits
Position Highlights:
- Conduct comprehensive client evaluations.
- Implement behavior management strategies effectively.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
- Educate families to support client progress.
- Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent field.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
