Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. The role is also critical in ensuring accurate and efficient management of sales compensation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales compensation systems, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams. You will partner with multiple stakeholders and develop reporting and analytics.
• Provide timely sales analytics and analyze foundational sales reporting (pipeline, lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, bookings, funnel stages) for all products and services
• Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, and other representatives
• Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
• Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the teams
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials
• Collaborate with other departments and senior leaders to identify business goals
• Act as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various systems and reporting structures
• Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and market trends
• Oversee the design, implementation and management of the commission program, ensuring the structure aligns with business goals.
• Implement and manage CRM (HubSpot) tool to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
• Participate in special projects and provide support as needed to meet business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency to developing proficiency in data modeling, planning and database management.
• Ability to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the numbers and ability to present findings in a clear and actionable way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels within the organization
• Strong follow-up and follow through skills with the ability to multitask on various projects with attention to details and accuracy.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Team player who with a positive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant experience; data analytics, sales operations, or other quantitative role
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Proven track record of configuring, designing, and implementing commission tools
Pay Range:
$100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skills
