Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service during their visit.
• Operate cash registers and handle various payment methods accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and manage returns/exchanges when necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a retail or cashier role preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be of legal age to work in a smoke shop and comply with local regulations.
