Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide personalized care across our continuum of services
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Engage in meaningful interactions to support residents' well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Team player mentality
- Passion for serving older adults
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks
- Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary range: $19.00 - $22 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
