Ellington Solutions is seeking qualified candidates that will:
- Oversee and evaluate the implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) by utilizing metrics that align with project goals and objectives, ensuring that project teams fulfill their responsibilities and effectively leverage the DEE and knowledge bases as per the established guidelines.
- Recognize opportunities for enhancing the DEE or knowledge bases, while fostering ongoing improvements to effectively manage strategic knowledge.
- Work alongside multiple departments to drive the development and improvement of Knowledge Management processes leveraging exceptional communication and leadership skills while staying informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will:
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a Knowledge Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Library and Information Science, or related fields like: Business, Education, or IT disciplines.
- 5 years of experience in developing policies, procedures, and governances for Document Management Control, Records Management, Knowledge Management, Online Library Management, or related experience.
- Strong communication and leadership
- Keep track of industry trends and best practices in Knowledge Management.
- This position is 100% onsite
