Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Perform routine exams, diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and manage complex cases while adhering to Tandem’s preventive care philosophy.
- Lead Client Education: Communicate treatment plans, follow-up steps, and preventative strategies to pet owners—fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate Across Services: Coordinate with mobile clinic staff, telehealth vets, and on-site technicians to maintain comprehensive patient records and seamless care transitions.
- Provide AI-Enhanced Consultations: Utilize decision-support tools and intelligent scheduling systems to improve outcomes and reduce errors.
- Contribute to Process Improvements: Offer insights into clinic workflows, technology enhancements, and protocol updates to help shape Tandem’s evolving model.
- Uphold Clinical Standards: Stay current with industry best practices, maintain compliance with licensing regulations, and champion Tandem’s culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- License & Experience: [e.g., “DVM or equivalent, licensed in Masachusettes with 3+ years of clinical experience.”]
- Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in general medicine, surgery, and diagnostics; experience with telehealth or mobile services a plus.
