About the Role

We have immediate openings for Pre-Suit Auto Accident Attorneys to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on motor vehicle liability (MVA) and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiff clients in Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation work for automotive personal injury cases
• Guide clients through the case process with a client-focused approach
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
• Ensure compliance and efficiency within the pre-litigation paralegal team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
• Complete and approve cases transitioning to litigation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar
• 2+ years of auto accident personal injury experience
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively
• Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills

This role reports to the Managing Attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department.
