AdvisaCare is an established Home Health / Medicare Agency seeking Home Health Certified Lymphedema Therapist to provide Lymphedema Visits for our patients

Requirements

• Current Michigan PT or OT License
• Minimum one (1) year of Home Health experience (preferred but not required)
• CLT Certificate or CLT LANA Credential from the Lymphology Assoc of North America(LANA)
• Prior work experience with lymphedema working with interdisciplinary health care team members
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide competent, compassionate care to all ages of the population
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification required
• Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen
• Compassionate and caring demeanor, excellent communication skills ability to think critically
• Ability to travel within service area of AdvisaCare as needed
