The Child, Adolescent & Family Services (CAFS) is a DCPP funded program at Bright Harbor Healthcare offers comprehensive support to children and their families as they navigate the challenges of mental health and emotional well-being. Our clinicians are dedicated to providing tailored therapeutic services that foster resilience, improve family dynamics, and enhance children's emotional health. By employing evidence-based practices, our CAFS clinicians work collaboratively with families to address behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, and trauma in a supportive environment.

Position Title: Child And Family Services (CAFS) Clinician
Position Type: Full-Time OR Part Time; 40 Hours Weekly OR Part Time up to 20 Hours Weekly

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families
  • Provide individual and and family therapy
  • Document progress and maintain case records as required
  • Creation of quarterly reports regarding client progress and barriers to success
  • Attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Maintenance of office records and accurate charts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • LAC/LSW or equivalent licensure required
  • Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting preferred
