Express Employment is seeking an Experienced Welder to join a dynamic team in Toledo, Ohio for the 1st Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks to support various fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Perform welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Inspect welds and fabricated parts for quality, ensuring compliance with standards
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with welding
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on 1st Shift and flexible hours as needed
