- Candidates MUST HAVE corrugated box experience.
Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities to achieve annual sales goals. This role requires strong relationship management skills, strategic sales execution, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Effectively articulate sales strategy and vision to customers and prospects.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Navigate within customers’ organizational structures to build relationships at multiple levels.
- Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual relationships.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Leverage market insights and internal resources to develop long-term commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with Area Operations teams to align sales efforts with machine capacity and value-added services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and improve margins.
- Monitor profitability levels and analyze financial performance against targets.
Requirements
2-5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing/service industry preferred).
Corrugated box sales experience required.
Proven experience in sales execution and pipeline management.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and reporting tools like Power BI, QlikView.
Experience with Salesforce.com for CRM and sales tracking.
