The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationship management systems and ensuring effective communication strategies that enhance customer experiences and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system to ensure it supports organizational goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement efforts.
- Assist in creating targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer outreach.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system functionalities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
