Full Job Description

The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationship management systems and ensuring effective communication strategies that enhance customer experiences and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of the CRM system to ensure it supports organizational goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer engagement efforts.
  • Assist in creating targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer outreach.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and system functionalities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
