Junior IT Consultant – Travel
Location: Nationwide Travel Required
*** A Public Trust level 6 will be required for this role so you must have a clean background. A Secret or TS clearance would be nice to have, but not mandatory.
Salary: 70-80K
We are seeking Junior and/or mid-level IT Consultants who can travel nationwide to customer locations and perform PC/Desktop client deployments. This role involves unboxing and setting up computer peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and other related hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to different customer sites across the U.S.
- Unbox, set up, and configure computer peripherals, including monitors, keyboards, and mice.
- Ensure proper installation and functionality of hardware.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support as needed.
- Follow company guidelines for setup procedures and quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Requirements
- A Public Trust clearance will be needed, so the ability to pass a thorough background check is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Ability to travel frequently nationwide.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Previous IT experience or certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) are a plus but not required.
