For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager, Global Support Team, remotely from United States.
As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the product at new customer sites, ensuring adoption and satisfaction. You'll lead customer-facing exercises, provide technical and operational support, and work closely with teams to troubleshoot issues. By understanding customer dynamics and strengthening relationships, you'll play a key role in driving renewals and long-term success with the product. Your mission is to ensure the customer’s first major planning events are a success, laying the groundwork for future sales and retention.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation of the product, ensuring successful customer adoption and satisfaction during key planning events.
- Conduct training sessions to build customer familiarity with the product, and address any skepticism through personalized support.
- Drive engagement through exercises and demonstrations that help customers assess and learn the product.
- Coordinate with customers and engineering teams to resolve product issues and maintain ongoing customer support.
- Develop an understanding of customer organizational dynamics to support future renewals and sales.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate bureaucratic challenges and ensuring smooth deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational planning, preferably within a military context or similar complex environment.
- Experience with major planning exercises, as well as familiarity with classified network protocols.
- Strong ability to expand business relationships and provide excellent software or technical support.
- Technical proficiency to become a power user of the product and effectively communicate with customers and the engineering team.
- Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI is required.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with autonomy, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset.
