We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to attract top talent to join the Blueprint team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our team by identifying and engaging with exceptional candidates that align with our values and vision. Your expertise in recruiting and sourcing will help us build a diverse and skilled workforce that reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in Blueprint’s opportunities and culture.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop customized sourcing strategies for each position.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine candidate profiles and ensure alignment on selection criteria.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with a positive experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on market research findings.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Develop and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry and commitment to Blueprint’s mission.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment and reporting.
Benefits
Salary: $60-75k
