Aretum a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Inventory Control Analyst II to join our growing team. In this position, you'll be instrumental in managing and streamlining inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management processes.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, trends, and variances to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure accurate inventory data and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize inventory management systems and tools to track and manage inventory levels, including forecasting future demand.
- Generate reports and provide insights on inventory performance, including stock levels, turnover, and aging.
- Participate in the development and implementation of inventory tracking and optimization technologies and solutions.
- Assist with property turn-ins and accompanying paperwork. Assistant to the Logistics Analyst organizing, palletizing, scheduling and transporting turn-ins to LRC/DLA.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance (Required)
- High School Diploma with 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics or inventory management
- Proficiency in GCSS-Army navigation
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
