Private Equity Investment Team - Associate (Spring / Summer 2025) in District Of Columbia

The Brydon Group is a private equity firm based in Washington DC that partners with outstanding mid-career executives to acquire business-to-business (B2B), business-to-government (B2G), and healthcare software and services businesses.

Brydon’s three founding partners have multi-decade experience in large cap private equity (Blackstone, Carlyle), multiple successful exits in software and bulge bracket banking (Goldman, JP Morgan), and extensive public service backgrounds. Brydon initially launched a Fund I in February 2023, and closed on a Fund II in May 2024.

This role is ideal for a highly talented candidate (especially someone with prior "private equity adjacent experience" via consulting) who wants to gain extensive deal experience and work directly with senior leaders on all aspects of sourcing, due diligence and value creation post-acquisition.
