Maintenance Lead in Florida

Wendover Management, LLC is seeking an outstanding, experienced Maintenance Lead to join our teams at Haley Park and Fulham Terrace both senior communities located in Tampa and Riverview, FL. We are looking for a Maintenance Lead with high energy, expert communication, relationship-building skills, and outstanding customer service. Role and Responsibilities

In coordination with the Community Manager, the Maintenance Lead oversees the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, and preventive maintenance for the community.
