Ellington Solutions is seeking out qualified candidates that will:
- Introduce new users to the FDOT environment.
- Support users in maintaining their time sheets.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Administer annual recertification activities.
- Monitor training progress for all personnel.
- Collaborate with other offices to acquire staff and services.
- Assist in managing consultant hours to prevent exceeding limits.
- Play a vital role in the annual inventory process.
- Oversee staff telework agreements (when applicable) and related scheduling.
- Conduct data validation and analysis.
- Create reports and dashboards for analytical purposes.
- Engage in Peer Reviews of work outputs.
- Update and/or create new Methods and Practices.
- Manage the Workplace Contingency Records for all employees.
