• Analyze total spend, pricing structures, commercial terms, and market trends for raw materials, finished products, and assemblies, with an understanding of global supply chain dynamics.
• Create strategic roadmaps, identifying and developing new suppliers for cost savings and new product development.
• Review BOMs, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to drive strategic sourcing decisions and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain constraints.
