The goal of the Agency Principal is to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team revenue goals.  This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, comprehensive insurance industry expertise and a collaborative mindset to align insurance offerings with real estate transactions and other client needs.
