- Assist the Director of Human Resources with all tasks and projects related to human resources.
- Work in collaboration with program management and the Director of Human Resources on recruitment and retention initiatives including posting jobs, screening candidates for employment, completing background checks, and onboarding new staff.
- Responsible for data entry and file maintenance for all personnel related items. Responsible for running reports as requested. Must be able to work in a confidential and professional manner with all employees.
- As the Chair of the Safety Committee, works with the operations team and program management to coordinate the overall safety program for the agency.
- Monitor and maintain employee training records. Assist with training new staff, including safety related training. Act as the primary contact person for the online training system.
