A national food production company is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team at their facility in Wakefield, NE. Responsibilities include providing administrative and tactical for support for daily HR operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations including attendance tracking, LOAs, discipline notices, employee file maintenance and I-9 expirations
• Support Talent Acquisition efforts by updating job descriptions, posting open positions, conducting interviews/tours as needed and offer administration
• Oversee employee onboarding by completing pre-employment and I-9 verifications, new hire orientation, new employee benefit administration and ensuring that new hire files are accurately completed in the HRIS system
