Service Systems Specialist III in New Jersey

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. Employees at this designation perform routine and complex technical duties in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of components within building automation field cabinets, sensors, and related controls. They may work under the supervision of a higher-level building automation technician and are expected to maintain all responsibilities and attributes included in lower-level technician job descriptions. Employees at this level have at least 5 years plus. of field experience.
