EDI Order Management
- Process EDI’s daily- monitor files making sure orders are being processed in a timely manner.
- Review any discrepancies against contracts/bulks
- Check inventory availability if no contact/bulk exists- check with Sales prior to processing
- Communicate all issues/concerns/discrepancies to Sales and work with the Account/buyers for corrections.
- Follow up with accounts/buyers for EDI revisions/correction
Responsibilities
- Manage and track production eta to Warehouse – work closely with warehouse to prioritize containers
- Review item set up sheets, AEX forms and Quotes
- Walmart systems -Retail link/Nova/Supplier One set ups, updates, change requests.
- Works closely with Walmart Lead, Sales, Warehouse and production
- Own and manage all Sales order Maintenance that needs to be completed daily
