We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team....

Lattice is an early stage crypto venture fund that has backed more than 75 exceptional teams since launching in Summer 2021. We’ve quickly become one of the most active early stage funds in crypto and we don’t intend to slow down anytime soon.

You’ll wear many hats in this role and it will provide the opportunity to broaden and strengthen relationships across the ecosystem. There are a variety of experiences that could make you successful in this role but some that stand out include marketing or operational experience at a VC fund or financial institution, or BD or marketing experience at a crypto company.

We are open to fully remote candidates but have a preference for candidates that are located or willing to move to San Francisco or New York City.
