Welder I in Pennsylvania

A Welder is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or schematics. They verify the correct quantities of components parts and quality checking completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products and structures. This position ensures customer satisfaction by providing safe, reliable operation of Eriez equipment that is intended to protect our customers and their customers.  

Requirements

Responsibilities include: 

• Assemble products or sub-assemblies using various welding techniques including Mig, Tig, Stick and Flux-cored Arc Welding. 

• Must be able to weld components that are vertical, flat, or overhead. 

• Set machine for welding (i.e. wire feed, amperage, etc.) 

• Prepares, assembles, fit and tack weld parts and surfaces...

We have the need to expand our workforce across several levels from apprentice to experienced piping foreman.

Positions Open:

Mechanic / Piping Technician Trainee ($20-$22 to start dependent on experience):

Have some construction site experience, desire to learn a trade, coming out of a trade school. On the job training available to candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Fitter or Welder ($25-$30 tp start dependent on experience)
