As part of our team, you'll play a key role in operations by maintaining the health and well-being of our draft horses and additionally transporting them between our scenic 65 acre Farm on Johns Island and the historic stables in downtown Charleston.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport horses between our 65-acre farm on Johns Island and our downtown Charleston stables.
• Maintain and manage our three barns, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Feed, water, and care for our herd, including administering basic healthcare and medications.

Old South Carriage Company is looking for talented individuals to join our Farm Crew. As an Old South team member, you will showcase Charleston's hospitality by combining your confidence and care for our equine staff members!

We are Charleston’s premier touring company and our outstanding employees work together to manage three barns, a herd of 35 draft horses, and deliver the best equine experience in town.Our Farm Crew work most the time out on our 65 acre farm on Johns Island and the other part of the week downtown in our two stables. Schedules are posted 1-2 weeks out, and each day has an AM or PM shift, staff will be assigned 5 shifts per week for full time work.
