This role requires hands-on technical expertise, with an emphasis on hardware repair, rack and stack, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working onsite in a dynamic datacenter environment, managing tickets, and collaborating with a team to resolve hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
