Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Functional Area Lead to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Atlantic (CNSL) (N7) in Norfolk, VA as the CNSL Fleet Training Support Lead. The individual in this role will provide training and readiness support to the CNSL N7 Directorate for assigned Atlantic Fleet ships and LCS Crews.

The ideal candidate is able to adapt to a fast-paced, team-based environment and managing team performance. He/she is experienced with analyzing Navy Surface Ship training requirements, to include expert knowledge and ability to use FLTMPS.
