Sigma Defense is seeking someone with extensive experience in Navy and/or Defense training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures to support Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) as a Senior Functional Area Lead - CNSL Fleet Training Support in Norfolk, VA.      

The ideal candidate will have experience in Functional Area Management. As middle-level to upper-level supervisors, they have the primary on-site responsibility for successful accomplishment of the training requirement (i.e. live/synthetic training event, training assessments).
