Accounts Payable Representative- Full Time

The Accounts Payable Representative reports to the Manager Accounts Payable and is responsible accounting for payables according to policies, practices, and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

• Proactive vs. reactive approach to payment of invoices
• Providing timely and accurate information
• Ensuring technology and controls are maximized to ensure accuracy of payments
• Ensuring appropriate standards of financial reporting are being adhered to on an ongoing basis
• Working collaboratively with team and internal Departments
• Responding to requests for information from external partners/vendors and internal Departments
