Associate General Counsel

We are looking for an Associate General Counsel to join our legal team working out of our Boston office.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, focusing on manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
• Review international procurement and sales contracts
• Manage and oversee licensing agreements
• Handle facility and warehouse lease agreements

Legal Advisory

• Provide guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
• Support HR and employment law matters, with emphasis on California labor laws
