Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required.

Certifications: 

• Process Improvement Methodologies and demonstrated proficiency in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, including a certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Plus in consideration if they have Quality Assurance (e.g., International Software Testing Qualifications Board [ISTQB]) with Waterfall experience
