AV Facilitator

We are hiring a full-time Audio Visual (A/V) Facilitator. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. A Secret clearance is required. The primary responsibility for the role is to provide support for Electronic Meeting Systems (EMS) Facility. 

• Coordinate with event host to schedule, setup, test, facilitate, operate, and monitor meetings, TEAMS meetings, web conferences, and other meetings.
• Brief conference leaders with the characteristics, capabilities, limitations, signals, and controls of the facility and equipment being utilized.
• Attend pre-event planning meetings. At the end of each event, all presentation material provided by the conference leader shall be returned.
• Provide recommended updates and improvements to the A/V SOPs that address the roles, responsibilities, activities, process maintenance, and requirements for A/V support.
