This role involves coordinating the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, performing contractor schedule reviews, and conducting time impact analyses to evaluate project delays and claims. You will be responsible for reviewing contract changes for their impact on budget and schedule, supporting change order negotiations, conducting site visits for progress reporting, and preparing cost-loaded schedules to analyze budget performance.
