Dental Practice Manager-Raleigh NC

Provides management and leadership to the organization with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit and return on investment. Takes appropriate action to maximize practice production and collection efforts by providing support and feedback to front office staffing, as well as coordinating with the Clinical Operations Director. Maintains the front office systems, structure and flow to support operations of practice.

Requirements

• Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
• Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
• Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.

• Minimum of 3 years Dental Experience
• Results oriented team player who is organized
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
