Designer (Mid - Design Director Level)

As a Designer at TAVERN, you will spearhead creative innovation while efficiently producing exceptional work from the initial concept to final output. You thrive on great ideas, possessing a keen ability to identify, articulate, and leverage them. Designers works closely with our Strategy and Client Services teams, serving as the primary creative force on several projects and providing support to the design leadership. In collaboration with the Design Director and/or Chief Creative Officer, you will motivate more junior members of the creative team, offering mentorship and sharing insights to help them achieve their full potential.
