Director of Finance & HR

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & HR to join our growing team at Coastline Equity. As we expand, the Director of Finance & HR will play a critical role in managing our financial operations for our firm, subsidiaries, real estate investment clients and leading the finance department. This position requires a versatile leader with a strong background in accounting, finance, and human resources, capable of overseeing both strategic and day-to-day financial management while ensuring operational flexibility and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance department, ensuring accountability, performance, and development of team members. 
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. 
• Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations.
