Pay: $22.92 per hour

RADIAS Health is hiring a Housing Support Specialist to join our House Housing Support Program (HSP) in providing services to individuals experiencing long term homelessness who have mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Housing Support program helps clients find their own independent housing within Ramsey County and provides supportive services to help them maintain their housing.  

The Housing Support Specialist leads the housing search and provides support and advocacy to overcome barriers affecting housing in the past. They help clients with appointments for housing needs, accessing community resources and basic needs, crisis intervention, goal planning, and assists clients in obtaining Housing Support benefits.
